Lime Baked Fish

I believe this is a South Beach Diet recipe.

Lime Baked Fish
Serves 2

Ingredients
1⁄2 pound fresh fish fillets (I used tilapia)
1⁄4 cup fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon tarragon leaves
1⁄4 cup chopped green onion tops

Instructions
Arrange the fish fillets in a baking dish. Sprinkle with the lime juice, tarragon, and onion tops. Bake, covered, at 325°F for 15–20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
